First Creek is an old family winery in Australia’s iconic Hunter Valley. The talented Silkman family of winemakers comprises of Liz, Shaun and Greg whose emphasis on careful fruit selection and rigorous attention to detail produce a range of wines that capture the essence of this unique place. It would be difficult to find a wine expert who wouldn’t agree that the Hunter is one of the world’s best Semillon regions. The style is taut, lean, super high acid, unoaked, and packed with a punch that unfolds into golden nectar of the gods after decades aging.
